As of March 1st, 2019 Meraki Spa will not being accepting any cards unless discussed prior to appointment.
Preparation for your appointment
Please arrive on time to your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be cancelled and rescheduled at our discretion and may be subjected to a cancellation fee. Please factor in traffic and parking in order to be on time.
Please do NOT consume caffeine for at least 4 hours prior to your treatment and arrive completely makeup free.

Meraki Spa always offer complementary lash baths. Feel free to come in 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment and get those lashes all squeaky clean.
Children are more then welcome to come with you. We will feed them candy and hot coca!
Cancellation Policy
Rescheduled or cancelled touch up appointments that are cancelled with less than 24 hour noticed will be subjected to a $20 cancellation charge. Appointments cancelled with less than 6 hours notice will be subject to pay the full cost of the appointment missed.
Both of which are dependent on the situation that has arisen as the appointment slot is not able to be filled.
How Long Do Lash Extensions Last?
Lash extensions last the life of your natural lash. As our natural lashes shed, the extension attached falls with it. The growth cycle of a lash is 6-8 weeks. That said, each lash is on adifferent stage of life and we naturally shed 2-3 lashes a day. Because of this, to maintain a nice full look, it is recommended to come in at least every 3 weeks for a fill. And proper at home care is a must! All new clients will receive an aftercare kit.
Will I Be Able To Get My Lashes Wet Right Away?
Yes! Waiting 24 hours is a thing of the past! We always use a nano mister at the end of your service to quick cure and bond the adhesive. This also eliminates any fumes left from the glue, which is great for the most sensitive client.
Will Lash Extensions Damage my Natural Lashes?
With the proper lash application, extensions should never damage your natural lashes. We carefully select the appropriate lengtha dn diameter for your lashes so as not to weigh them down. We also take special care to isolate the lashes properly and use a minimal amount of glue to ensure they are not getting stuck together.
Refunds
Absolutely no refunds on any services provided our courses attended. If you are not content with any of the services rendered, please contact the salon within two days of your service and we will do my absolute best to correct the situation either with a complimentary mini touch up or complimentary removal. There are no refunds on any services provided.
Deposits
New Clients are required to pay 25% of your total cost to secure your appointment. It is applied to your service total. Failure to provide a deposit will result in loss of appointment
Deposits and courses are non-refundable but are able to be transferred (one time only) to be used a different time and are to be used within a one year period from original purchase date.
Deposits for courses are $400+ at time of booking and require full payment on the day of commencement date.
Luxury Eyelash Refill Policy
All Refills are 60 minute appointments

Refills on classic lashes are mandatory to be scheduled and completed every two weeks to maintain optimal fullness.
Refills on Hybrid, Volume and Mega Volume are to be scheduled and completed every two- three weeks to maintain optimal fullness and shape.
Meraki Spa will not perform refills on other artists work unless the work is properly administered. If the work is suitable and at the standard of Meraki Spa, there is a $15 surcharge on top of the fill price added to the appointment.

We offer complimentary consultations to clients who have had their lashes done by another artist but may want to switch artists.
